Camac IS Now ERIN

Camac IS Now ERINCAMAC (AMX: CAK), now called Erin Energy (AMX:ERN) just announced frist oil from thier oyo-8 well, which will produce 7,000 bopd after cleanup. Oyo-7 first oil will be producing @ end of May to Early June which will also be another 7,000 bopd. Shares recently had a 6 for 1 reverse split. Miocene will be drilled before the end of H-2 2015 and should take production to at least 21,000 bopd. Farm-out announcement should be soon.

This is where I invested my Mart dividends. Thank goodness I didn't go for the DRIP and have them scoffed at a substantially lower take-over price. IMO, over the next two years, Erin Energy will do much better than Mart ever could. The main reason is Erin owns all of thier Blocks whereas Mart only had a PSA. Suggest Martians visit their website and follow the story. Now the shares are over 5 bucks, we can expect analysts to start following Erin with their stock recommendation.

I have been told the company has gotten calls requesting the share be consolidated so analysts can in fact make a recommendation. So the street is interested in this story. Oyo-7 & 8 produce from the Pliocene. Drilling oyo-9 will be a production well since oyo-8 tested the deeper Miocene in Q-3 2014. We know there is oil and our neighbours Exxon and Shell have massive miocene discoveries which cross into our blocks OML-120 & 121. I posted Erin Energy's OGIS NY, NY. presentation @ the ERN board. Have a listen.

Oyo-8, which was drilled in the third quarter of 2014 to a total depth of approximately 6,100 feet (1,850 meters), was successfully completed horizontally in the Pliocene formation. Oyo-8 is located in approximately 1,000 feet (300 meters) of water and is producing into the Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel, Armada Perdana. The well is expected to produce approximately 7,000 barrels of oil per day following cleanup and optimization of choke size.

Segun Omidele, Senior Vice-President of Exploration and Production commented: “We are quite pleased with the initial well performance and will be working over the next few days to optimize the flow rate. Bringing this well on production is a milestone achievement for our organization and was made possible through the hard work and dedication of our entire team and our service providers.”
