longer term /short term

longer term /short termthis is what you have to decide, and then you can figure out an entry price.

if you are buying for the longer term and believe oil prices will go back over 100 in 5-10 years, and that COS will raise their dividend then 12-13 range is a good entry point for you.

if you are buying because you beleive that a takeover will materialize soon or that oil prices will recover to 80 plus in 3-6 months, then 13 is an  OK entry point.

I'm in the long term camp because I don't think oil prcies will recover too much past 65 range and COS wobn't raise their dividend until 2017-18.

I also believe that an offer was made for 113-14 range and it wasw turned down by BOD.

I still beleive there is 1-2 dollars of takeover premium in COS SP, and that will coem off if oil prices decline in the near term.

The Saudis are pumping like crazy and they will continue to pump like crazy to keep prices low for at least 2015.
