I'm not able to see the future as clear as you, but I believe they have been very patient to end with the lawsuit and get 50% of Wood Mountain. Why show results before? 

You should have in mind that is not necessary to test a well to get exploration results. According to the Saskatchewan Goverment the well status is "cased Oil well", that means that it can be tested at any moment.
