Questions about LOY

Questions about LOYI have been watching this stock for some time now and I have just chosen to join Stockhouse to ask some questions regarding all that is going on with Loyalist. It seems to me that LOY has a good idea with its acquisition strategy, but I have yet to see the benefits. The stock jumps around, but never really has the push to get out of the barrel. I have to wonder what is holding this back. That being said, I have some comments and questions to put forth in doing my due diligence. If anyone could answer them, it would be appreciated. 1. I understand the concept of buying and trimming the fat to cut down on costs, but each of the schools that Loyalist has bought is essentially selling the same product. What is Loyalist doing to differentiate these schools from one another so that they are not simply overlapping? 2. What benefit do the Korean agencies purchased provide aside from being able to send students exclusively to Loyalist schools? Did the purchase of these agencies affect the relationship with other agencies? 3. Considering this Real Estate spinoff for student housing, how much real estate does Loyalist currently hold? (I could find none, but maybe I missed something.) How will they raise money to purchase this real estate? 4. What is the reputation of Loyalist schools in the ESL industry? 5. Finally with regards to the letter from BlackMass, has anyone done any searches to corroborate the claims made in the letter? If so what have they turned up? True? False? (I will also say that the threats against blackmass regarding have her ip address found and charged for defamatory remarks, seems a little bit misguided. If I remember correctly, blackmass said that this letter was sent out to many agencies and other important people, if this is correct then blackmass is only posting something that somebody else wrote and sent out and is sharing it as a concerned investor, so she would not be able to be charged. (Of course, as an investor, it would seem like shooting yourself in the foot to post this without jumping ship first.)) As I said, if anybody has any answers to these questions, I would appreciate some serious factual answers, not simply opinions. Thanks, Charles
