The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Agreed HedgieTdot...apparently a CFO with no knowledge about one of the key metrics in determining furture cash flows....what does CFO stand for again?? oh right, nothing to do with the financial situation....

Perdkaoilhasgas and Miner have sold and moved on - just like i told you all. And mrpanick no longer owns the shares that were handed to him for writing bullish articles. Those same bullish articles enabled the funds to sell to retial bag-holders. They're laughing - and waiting for the next oil boom cycle. BUT that will be long after they de-value the shares by rolling them back. Any roll-back kills this company, and all shareholder value FRO GOOD. Although its dead as it is.

But everyone, hold your breathe for a miracle take-over. Shareholders are allowed to be critical of this company. They suck, eom.
