In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Actually, they go where Value Digger tells them.  He unhitched his wagon from this falling star and is hoping people forget he ever wrote about this wealth destroyer.  With Perdy and Miner gone, I'd guess he is out of the stock.  But looks like there is a fresh batch of clones to pick up the PTA meme.  

Hedgie, those transportation numbers will be very interesting.  One thing PTA is never short of is excuses for why things don't seem to happen like they said they would.  I'm betting that there will be a hum-dinger of an excuse why they didn't get this implemented in Q1.
