Apenleaf walked away from the other deal because they just got a discount on ARN, their first pick a year ago!
I am all but convinced this will go through at .11. I will hold and get the full 11 cents. the deal is rigged by the 10 million$ penalty to either party that walks away from the deal. thanks you management fro all but sealing the deal regardless of oil price recovery. even though they had hedges into 2016!!! ! I will never invest in debt with this management team again. I'm totally disgusted at the unnecessary yard sale
Bruce Mitchell will make enough on his arbitrage deal scooping up .005/share on 15.1 mill shares... roughly 77k gain. He doesnt need to get my shares at 10.5 cents
