Report on site visit to SCL Toronto ‘Head Office’ April 28,

Report on site visit to SCL Toronto ‘Head Office’ April 28, This post was deleted by site! Here it is again! I attended with a colleague (and also former SLC shareholder) at the Toronto ‘Head Office’ of Slyce at 183 Bathurst Street in Toronto on April 28, at 2:30 pm. The following is our report. NOTE: We encourage you to make the site visit yourself to verify and confirm our observations:…………………… The office is located on the top floor of a 4 floor walk-up above a neighbourhood furniture store in the basement. There is neither lobby nor elevator. Access to fourth floor is by wooden staircases. On the fourth floor landing (approximately 50 sf) is a single black door (residential quality) with name of Slyce on door. Door is locked with a numbered key entry pad. A residential style ‘ding/dong’ door bell is affixed to door frame…………………… We knocked on door and rang door bell. There was no answer for 5 minutes. After knocking and ringing doorbell again a young woman came to door. She opened door approximately 10 inches and peered out at us from dimly lit space behind. She let us in after we explained that we were looking for office space to lease………………….. The space is approximately 6,000 square feet. Gross rent $40. (check the financial statements). Four other people were the only people present as they idled at computer screens in open space. The space could accommodate 60 people. Our ‘host’ explained that they were “developers” and that she was in “communications”……………….. She explained that Slyce was a visual search company but that management did not work at that office. She said management was in Minnesota and Nova Scotia. She said that Slyce was operated by its PARENT COMPANY – Business Instincts Group (“BIG”!) This of course is the Cam Chell boiler room from Calgary……………………………….. Host explained that BIG had offices on 2nd floor but had recently moved out to some location in Yorkville/Hazleton area in Toronto. She did not know where. BIG did have a similar door on 2nd floor of walk-up. The door was locked and there was no answer……………………… Business Instinct Group’s office space on 2nd floor at 183 Bathurst Street is listed for lease as Suite 200 being 2,231 SF at approx. $40 psf. For more information, you may contact: Alan Rawn Sales Representative 416.205.9222 ext.248 Michael Scace Partner & Sales Representative 416.205.9222 ext.222 How can Bruce Campbell and Salman not follow up this information now that they have full and detailed reporting and facts? NOTE to Freddie1 readers: I will have several further posts over next two weeks. My account was wrongly suspended twice previously because of false complaints from promoters of the stock. The first suspension was for alleged ‘multiple account abuse’. I have never had more than one account. The second suspension (for 7 days) was from two weeks ago, again as a result of false accusations from the’touts’ whose financial interest is threatened by factual reporting. THEREFORE, I ask that if you see my posts disappear for a week again, and want to continue to receive these reports of real due diligence, you may consider making that known in your own posts (where’s Freddie1?) and trying to hold Stockwatch accountable.
