Question, apart from the shorts covering, who are the buyers at $6.50 on the open market tomorrow? People betting the purchase price will be raised?

Looking a Talisman chart it took a month before the 9.33 sale price was hit, and recently it traded as high as $10. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.
