RE:Right place to be...Most non tangable drilling services from the rig itself to Vac & Water and Cementing units are all working from 15% to 25% reduced rates compared to last year.  Even tangable items like tubulars, cement product and everything else is at a discount right now too. Now is a great time to kick off a drilling program or as soon as weather allows IMO
