I think the logistics of the deal is the most complicated part, the group is a large, publicly traded company and must meet internal compliance regulations, management and ultimately board level approval before they are comfortable finalizing the agreement.

It has been a painstakingly slow negotiation process, which I know you are aware of however the group we are negotiating with has not backed out nor has it broken off discussions, they are working on structuring a deal that makes sense for both sides and that ultimately must be approved at all senior management levels.
 
I completely understand your frustration with regards to the time lines involved during this process. It has been quite difficult to put an exact date as to when the farm out will be finalized and announced but I can assure you the company is close to resolving this situation for the betterment of the Company and its shareholders!
 
Simba will remain focused on negotiations until the farm out (joint venture) is completed, I apologize I cannot elaborate much more than this at the present time mainly due to confidentiality agreements in place.
