RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insiders sells 144,000 shares atThe options only give the right to buy the share at a certain price, and I think hrattle has nailed it on the head saying (in my own paraphrased version) that there's no reason for someone to exercise the options and then sell the shares at the same price as the exercise price.

Also, don't SEDI filings generally have to show an acquisition of shares through exercise of stock options as an acquisition of shares by the shareholder?  So we should see an acqiusition and a disposition.  I'm not 100% positive on this though.

But to speak to your original point, I agree that it's not a large position, any of the directors and/or management have much more. Probably just funding someone's upcoming wedding or something.
