If Alpha doesn't feel their 19% stake in PRE at about $20 share was not fair value at the time of their purchases , then what makes them NOW believe PRE shares are only worth $6.50?

And why would they want to buy more???

I thought Alpha wanted PRE as a PARTNER with heavy oil expertise, a takeover of PRE and they likely loose that intangible benefit.

Alpha won't sell their shares for $6.50 to me so why should I be forced to sell mine for the same?

This TAKEOVER looks more like a publicity stunt to simply drive the share price higher, which I'm in favour of.
