Thanks for sharing that article ... it contains a lot more detail than the previous two, and confirms again that discussions are progressing with the Quebec government.
The final outcome remains to be determined, but it is fairly certain that common shareholders won't escape unscathed.
However, 2% is better than 0%, so I remain hopeful.
I'm also following the story closely so that I can learn from the experience and not make a similar bad investment in the future.
Heading off to work ... need to earn more money to lose in stock market ... :-)
