RE:RE:Partnership

RE:RE:PartnershipBlartat if I can reply to your questions
a.  a partner could come at ( or be announced) at any time; pre-clinical, P1-2-3 or post approval
b.  after bla is filed & manuf fac is ready FDA could approve asa 3 months; FDA has seen a lot already
c.  as for a buyout TST could be bought now for peanuts or small change for a big farma
d.  the longer they wait the more its going to cost
e.  2 big catalysts 1 is bla submission and 2 happens within 60 days thereafter when FDA comes back with either more questions or a declaration of "slow or fast review"
so after the 60 days anything can happen
for me the main question that I am sure Raging-Cow will answer is would the FDA waste their time and tell TST to go ahead and submit a bla if they knew from the available data that they would never approve based on something like "not enough patients"
lastly I do not know if you have noticed how well the sp has been managed lately either for a pp or a buyout
