43-101 reports

43-101 reportsI am trying to review the different 43-101 report published by Quest and I find that is really confusing, given the numerous 43-101 reports published on Sedar. When I looked it up, here is  a summary of what I found:

June 27, 2014: PEA;
April 9, 2014: PEA;
December 6, 2013: PFS;
December 17. 2012: Resource Estimate Update;
May 26, 2011: Resource model update;
September 24, 2010: PEA;
April 21, 2010: Resource Estimate.

Maybe I will discover that the PEA published were for different property or that there are reasonable explanation for the numerous 43-101 reports (and that amended PEA were published after the PFS), but I feel that QRM may have missed the impact that such a report is supposed to have on investors (let alone the cost of the amended 43-101 report).

I also looked in the history of this Bullboard, and I did not come across discussions about these reports. Were there any explanations or discussions that took place concerning the necessity or the opportunity to file so many 43-101 reports?

Thanks,

Moulouk
