Relevant Information - headless company

For your information, on 10/may, Sunday next, will expire three terms of the current directors of HRT-Petrorio. Monday, day 11/may, the company opens without directors. Headless mule. That's governance! It is transparent! To pass over the AGM (30/april) without a subject like this were brought to the agenda.

A doubt, if the positions expire on 10/may and 11/may from the day the company will be without officers, then who will lead the call for dissemination of results 15/may?

Ahaa, ok, I know, the company will make a statement like this:

HRT-PETRORIO hereby announces to its shareholders that following a unanimous decision of the board, renewed the mandate of the current directors or indicated that unanimously approved indications ......
