I cannot believe what he is trying to get away with. Criminal...

Dumping the company stock during a miss quater and overall economic down turn.
Requesting shareholders to price his options at market for 3.85 million of his own options.
A management charge of 1 million in Q4.
Compensation way above other key employees.
Board changes to give himself control.

Maybe he wouldn't have to reprice his own options if he did not keep selling into the market.
