If the deal goes through the stock and company disappears, and the stock never goes past 6.50. They don't want management they do want a better stock offer. Alfa needs 90 % plus to get this deal done quickly and quietly or 67% to get it done soon with formal voting or 51% to get it done slowly. I'm sure meetings have been setup, and a new "offer" price that everyone IE the "Venezuela group" will be happy with will be worked out over the next two weeks. this is a LONG term play that Alfa is already DEEP into at 20+ a share. they don't want it to go south.
