Yes .. the naked shorting is now a risk-on thing for this stock as the dividend is suspended.  Had it not been, we'd likely not see any of that.  regular -locate-beforehand style yes, but since the dvidend puts the onus and pressure on the short - he has to account.

But when the divy goes away .. then not so much.
