I think one of the stories here is the unwillingness for management to play the same gamesmanship here, hence the Friedlands booking up the financing and Dundee and Goodman et al on the sell side of things, per financing NR and then the swap between Goodman and Robert for warrants. For me, the sooner they are out of the play all together, the better and the NAR example highlights this big time. This type of slimy sleazy feel to PP's is typical, but Friedlands are not playing the game. Essentially going it alone, takes big kahunas.
