I have one for you though. Remember when I mentioned that Elmer had said that "yes, the FS is still expected in this quarter" and it was almost a year late? Well, now in the disclaimer which seems to be longer than the actual news release, the word "expected" is right there. Disclaimed.
In other words, if he says the word "expected", it might not be true.
Too bad they didn't tell us that a few years back when you took someone at their word....  Then waited a couple of years to hire a lawyer to disclaim the word "expected"....
Pretty impressive guy. Can I now disclaim the word "impressive"? I sure hope so.... Or should I wait three years?
