Many Variables-oil price could easily pullback to fourties or move up to seventies -weak management a given -pressure from lenders may force bad decisions -whats the company worth in todays market? -are there any buyers? -throwing out unrealistic numbers does nothing for anyone -finally I believe a major decision is on its way very soon
