Everyone should reflect on how fustrating, how long it took, the hoops the BC and Federal government made HBK jump through, the cost etc., etc., etc.

Any new comer would have to go through the same process and it keeps becoming worse.

I really believe the catalyst is the permits.........the others were just hoops to jump through.
