RE:RE:rscoe and lifeundergradOoops, caught.  I also work for the illuminati and I'm here to drive PPY into the ground so that I can force you to sell your shares, they're going to belong to me right before the big pop to $30.  Once you're broke you'll never be able to save the world from bashers, naysayers and those who seek to silence you by reporting your various alias', and thus, my mission will be complete. A huge conspiracy is going down on this board, righand, and things are about to get ugly.  Call Scully and Muldar, quick!

Truthfully this is the only stock in my portfolio that meets risk criteria worthy of discussing.  Everything else is either priced too perfectly to mull over (i.e. blue chip), or doesn't have an active board on SH.  I follow some of the members here whose opinions I respect (hint, not yours) and explore the companies they also post on.  It's how I'm learning about the energy sector - a primer. I relied on mutual funds for too long, most of my "adventure" money is tied up here, and I'd rather learn about the reasons to be wary rather than the reasons to be excited.   So let's bring on the bashing!

Embracing those comments is a trick to avoid confirmation bias and invest more astutely through cognitive dissonance.  I love PPY, but I'd rather hear about why it's junk.  I don't need to stand in a circle jerk to feel good about it.
