RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What price per share is the Barrick's offer.
There is no set price etched in stone for a buy-out, but using a rule of thumb, some of us believe that were in from the beginning with NUG, is if NUG drills up 1 million ounces of gold think .80 cents a share but count on $1.00 a share on a buy-out by Barrick. If you wanted to become a member of the NUG millionaire club then all you had to do first was be a believer in Albert and Roger and crew, and accumulate 1 million shares when the stock was cheap (7 - 10 cents) for ever so long. Depends on the price of gold and what kind of gold/ore they find, where, outstanding shares etc etc and a few other details. If the stars line up and they drill into the hi-grade zone like just happened, then the parameters change and change for the positive making the buy-out possibly higher. The days of cheap stock are coming to a close imo, and if the price of gold holds up away we go. If the price of gold takes off again like a QE #4 for a driver, because the USA do not raise interest rates this summer then NUG is sitting very pretty indeed. Patience is all that is required as the project is sound and the management team even sounder. Check the last buy-out in the area a few years back, it was for a lot of money. When NUG gets it legs and starts to run, it may turn a lot of heads. GLTA..... Cheers..
