Standard news for most part. Not suprised its just the first tranche, we are not in a good financing market right now... but i think ill will close soon enough. Having talked to IR I knew we could still buy and get our 1-1, glad they clarified as me and a cpl others weren't quite sure.

Spent morning tracking through GCOs website and some PRs...
December 10, 2014 they commisioned AGP to do 43-101 on Werner Lake. That must be damn near completion. Im wondering if it will be released before or after spinoff...

Secondly, looked but couldnt find (didnt look that hard) how many shares IHML has. Global says they will be waiving their share rights for the spinco... just trying to figure out roughly how many shares will be out on Spinco whenit starts trading.
