RE:to LargeinvestorThe only part I was comparing was the scale up from the lab to the field test.  Sometimes what works best in a controlled labratory setting doesn't work when placed in a real world experiment.  Now I hope he does a bought deal with free warrants, like every other venture stock out there.  

And then there are lessons from CEOs who don't do a PP when their stock is flying high.  ZEN comes to mind.  You always want to raise money when your stock is up.
