Finacing

Finacing Just did some basic research on this, so would enjoy the longs and shorts comments. 1. Company has bought land twice to build a plant to produce Tio2 because 2. Company hired to build it told them it was easier to do a ground up build then retrofit. 3. Investment Quebec (shareholder) on their website gives loans (not sure type) of up to $100 million to companies that wants to build in Quebec. 4. $259 million is what they think they will need to build it. 5. Top shareholder is hedgefund that manages billions ( I hope they have smarter researchers than I) but opens up possible investment financing partners. 6. Due diligence report would tells me someone ran the numbers before just investing in a small company. It does seem that they have been dragging on getting this started but I hope its to ensure shareholders are getting the big slice of the potential pie.
