RE:DebateEloquently stated, Dapmich; one of the best posts in recent months.
This board is already an "international" laughingstock; just ask that poster from Germany, and he's a hundred percent right; it's Groundhog Day here all day, every day.
It's so boring reading the endless attempts to retry the case on the BB coupled with adverse posters rubbing our noses in the court verdict and the tiresome, unfunny one liners from people that don't own shares in either company; I mean it's so repititious.
The pain is gone so it isn't even "quality" sadism! I mean I have already been effectively wiped out.
The real equity of the two companies is Treaty Creek, not the potential "proceeds" of another lawsuit (divided by 200,000,000+ shares.)
For God's sake, the two companies should get together and find a way to get drills on the property this season.
One unsolicited suggestion: Teuton was going to have to auction properties to pay costs. Instead of selling a property with a proverbial gun to their head, why not market a property or two not currently under option to raise cash and apply it to drilling TC? Settle the other case, without admiting or denying guilt, with a third parcel conveyed to AMK and be done with this. Let's get drilling. Both stocks will take off. And the amount earned by the directors will be much more than they could get from a lawsuit, in my opinion.
I doubt that either side will like my ideas; I've reached the point where I don't care anymore. I see the next proceeding is in July. To both sides of this dispute: Do we have to miss yet another drilling season?
