RE:RE:RE:RE:Arb guys I just called in and tendered even although I am losing $2/share. I really liked the concept, but once they cut back to their core business of waste disposal, I guess the value dropped. I also suspect that they needed capital for financing. The other guys that bailed them out are the ones making money on this deal. Directors probably had no option. Damn Russians!
