Exactly what I was thinking. Who knows this better than the locals who own MW and why would they make an offer then do DD? They already know more than MMT about this project, they have the local government connections, the local bank connections and connections with other wealthy Nigerian oil executives who each have their own connections. Wouldn;t they already have done any needed additional DD prior to making the offer?,  And what about the break fee of $5mm+ if they back out?  I doubt than MMT can sell itself to any company ourside of MW without the approval of MW and the Nigerian government.

If any DD is being done, it would be done by the party(s) putting up the money.  But with the connections the MW chairman has, I am betting this is a done deal
