RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal or No Deal?I don't think the issue is whether or not they know about them, that they do is pretty much a given. The issue may rather be what to do about the laibilities associated with cleaning up Shell's mess. It is not a little mess and it comes with a monsterous tab should the liabilities transfer to new owners which has been the case in other like situations.
