Cleartronic, Inc. (CLRI) to be Featured on National Radio an Cleartronic, Inc. (CLRI) to be Featured on National Radio and Web TV
Cleartronic, a holding company active in communications technology, will be featured in a live radio broadcast on WWNN (1470 AM), in south Florida, and streamed live on video TV at www.WWNNRadio.com, on Friday, May 15, at 12:00 noon EDT. Cleartronic’s CEO, Larry M. Reid, will discuss the company’s recent agreement with Collabria LLC, a communications software company based in Tampa, Florida. The agreement names Cleartronic, and the newly formed Cleartronic subsidiary ReadyOp Communications, as the primary conduit for future marketing and sales of the ReadyOp communications platform that was originally developed by Collabria. Included will be a discussion of some of the agencies and institutions currently using ReadyOp.
ReadyOp is designed to provide government agencies, hospitals, first responders, companies, and unified commands, with multiple communication capabilities and options in a single secure platform, able to support daily operations, special event planning, incident management, and emergency response and recovery.
Cleartronic has had a strategic relationship with Collabria, but the new agreement allows the Cleartronic ReadyOp Communications subsidiary to take the lead role in marketing of the ReadyOp suite of software. Prior to this, Collabria had maintained their own sales and marketing focus for the product. The new marketing arrangement will include local, state, national, and international clients, in multiple industries and government agencies. Cleartronic will also continue the integration of their hardware products with the ReadyOp communications platform.
Cleartronic seeks to create and acquire operating subsidiaries to develop, manufacture, and sell products, services, and integrated systems to government agencies and business enterprises. The company seeks out areas of change that it sees as representing opportunity, leveraging core competencies already being commercially exploited in unified communications while simultaneously developing or acquiring new technologies.
