The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Inspecta International Group has launched its services within SE Asia, establishing Inspecta International Malaysia Sdn Bhd, with its head office in Kuala Lumpur.

The creation of the Malaysian office will see the Group provide its Asset Integrity Management solutions to clients in both Malaysia as well as the broader Asean Region, meeting all onshore, offshore and subsea requirements within the O&G, Drilling, Petrochemical, Power Generation & Fertiliser industries.

Inspecta International Malaysia Sdn Bhd has been set up in partnership with Servomarin Sdn Bhd who will provide senior management services.

With this latest operating base in SE Asia, the Group now has a presence across the whole of the Eastern Hemisphere, covering European, Mena, Asean and Australasian regions.
