Some have even been through this with this company before and are not taking any chances again.
Assays results cannot be shown to an entity considering a jv. That would constitue a breach of insider information. 
My guess is that the assays are bad. Today was the opposite of a bait and switch. We switched focus to a new property to bait a new hook; most likely because the old one has nothing on it.
