RE:Merger and Consolidation of shares is a done deal because
Welcome to the conundrum. And for a bigger word, try figuring out how the proration will work. The best I have read is printed below, from a post by serafin.

"In the event all 467M shares are tendered we will receive $.042 in cash and 1.088 shares of Newco or 1.228 shares with no cash and there's nothing we can do about it.
I have a feeling the s/p is going to pull back under those conditions and a 1 for 5 after deal closes.
"

It was kind of fun to read from your first optimistic post to the final one after you read the deal and realized what is really happening. So, cruisie, it does come down to whether we trust management. Based on the deal we got as CRK shareholders how do you feel about trusting them going forward? Maybe they are clever like a fox and as part of the new company we will have that working for us. Is this the price to be on their side?
