Disspointed...Why?

I don’t know why everyone is up in arms about the financing. The fact that they needed to raise money should have been pretty obvious after seeing the last financial statements and the pending purchase of p.o.s. As for the pricing, yes the sp was trading higher, but it wasn’t there for long. If you were going to put money into this raise, ask yourself at what price you would pay, and at what price could you raise enough funds so you don’t have to do this again in a couple months.
 
As for having the company lay out the full cash forecast, you really don’t see any companies doing this. These are conversations they have internally, we have to piece things together through NR’s and the MD&A reports.
 
If you’re a short term investor, looks like the sp could be in this range for a couple weeks. If you’re a medium/long term investor, my bet is they’ll use this money to come up with ways to increase sales and the sp in the future.
