that's why you are a papagallo. It doesn't mean that the Financials were completed. They can't be signed off on and therefore have to. Be re done line by line scrutinity by auditors to once again be signed off by the ceo and (someone taking the cfos place I'm assuming a director).
I mentioned this before on the board but there is a recent comparable situation. The CFO of V.COQ passed away suddenly on Mar. 17 but V.COQ were still able to file their Q4 audited financials just under the wire on Apr. 30. Granted, Rooster Energy had six weeks between the death of their CFO and the filing of their financials. We have no idea when Mr. Chornoboy became ill but apparently he is still able to assist some on completing the Q4 report. So I would assume that the financials should be released no later than the second week of June, but likely sooner since Mr. Chornoboy is still able to assist.
Wow, I can't believe my order of 0.395 just got filled. Did not expect that. I already hold way too many shares of this company. I hope I don't get burned like I did with V.VFX.
