Next BidI believe O'Hara group is waiting for May 14th financial results. If the results look promising, they might bid a little higher than Alfa, probably $7.50. At this point either Alfa will make a counter offer or let the O' Hara group own it.
If the financial results are not as promising, then O' Hara will not make a move and the deal will be set at $6.50 a share.
