The Company is engaged in the business of providing artificial lift products and services to its clients in the oil and gas industry in the Northern Mountain States in Wyoming and Colorado, United States. Its artificial lift system consists of electric submersible pump (ESP) systems, which are designed for downhole conditions of temperature, pressure, abrasives, excessive gas, scale, and variable flow rates. The Company’s electric submersible pump (ESP) systems are used in motors, seals, pumps, sand management, gas management, downhole sensors, variable speed drivers, and cables and motor leads. The Company’s business operations in the United States provide submersible pumps, drives and electronic controls across Wyoming, Northern Colorado, and Southern Montana.

based on the replies to your note Auburnbay, i would say we are all a little in the dark. I guess at the end of the day you have to trust in management and what they are doing. If guessing, i would say we can expect financials for q1 in the next week or two and based on past results, an operational update. Once the update comes out, hopefully we can get this board back chatting again about the huge opportunity sitting right in front of us...at the end of the day, these are the times to pick away at the stock if you believe in management and believe in the product and opportunity. That's my take. GLTA and hope we see an positive update soon. C1
