I read the report about an hour before the session opened and thought it was quite good but was certain early traders would misunderstand the dilution and sell off in a knee jerk.  I decided to do nothing and left for a few hours thinking whatever happened sp would recover over time. I did not think it would do so in the same session. The CC seemed to have been the difference. Did a good job of explaining the series C matter within the context of the common shares.
