As a registered shareholder you have a right to inspect the names of shareholders on that list.

If you check out the SEDI web site you will see the names of insiders who presently hold shares of the corporation. The following names are presently insiders and are required by law to accurately update their holdings.

You will also see the names of some people who were insiders sometime in the past and owned shares of Nordex. They may presently own shares, or they may have sold some or all their shares. Also they may have bought shares but are not required by law to update their totals.

Thor Eaton owned 556,000
Doumet owned 681,377
Kozak owned 535,000
Levesque owned 995,200
Peterson was last shown as owning 574,000 but he sold these shares or most of them to Luciani in 2009.

I believe that The President's Club members purchased a large portion of the 10,000,000 share placement in 2012 either at the placement or after when some early birds checked out for a profit. Some of these have been resold since that time. (See my post in regards to monthly share volumes. Their are other large share holdings which I know about, but am not at liberty to disclose as it is not in the public record and would be an invasion of their privacy. Your best source would be to contact the transfer agent and request to see the shareholder records. Hope that helps.
