Below is the Sales Tax Recovery account balance on the Balanced Sheet (by quarter) going back to the first quarter 2009.

It seems like the balance increased substantially in 2014. 

The fluctuations in the balance from quarter to quarter would suggest that NWM had been receiving some recoveries in the 2009 to 2013 period.  If we didn`t receive much of the recovery in 2014 then it would make sense to see a good size portion come through in 2015.  I think in Quebec, exploration reimbursement is done once a year.  I wouldn`t be surprised if Mexico uses a similar approach for sales tax reimbursement.
