..folks, gotta luv how the brownnoser was exposed as a fraudster again yesterday re. options...i ROTFLMAO when he posts some employment stuff that had nothing to do with the options grant discussion...so again as the "learned" person on this MB i will again lay the fault of this at the feet of the BoD and CL...a best governance practice is for compensation plans for CEO's to be well laid out in AIF's....it should id things like base compensation and its attributes (pay, benefits, etc.) and performance based compensation (typically cash bonus, options, RSU's etc) and what is considered short term and/or long term...that fraudster brownnoser would want you to believe they are the same when they generally are not...so back to souls smackdown of brownnoser, and i agree with soul, GK publicly touted his standard to be judged, presented his plan for HPA2 and he failed to meet his standard and plan...he should IMO receive  no bonus options for that failure...but as ORT BoD's has failed to id the structure of the plan to owners we have no way of knowing why the grant was issued...but gotta luv how brownnoser is so well exposed now on this MB...he can't spew his fraudster WABS on this MB anymore
