RE:Downtrend is what I'm reading from the v.LOY charts....rookie, you need to get your facts correct if you are going to use them to determine the direction of the stock...summer is without a doubt the busiest part of the ESL season...call any director at any school (Loy or not) and you will see this is true. Summer is quite often the reasons some schools are able to survive.
