RE:RE:Downtrend is what I'm reading from the v.LOY charts....Q4 is the weakest quarter - only 10 weeks are booked of revenue due to Christmas holidays but they still have to support the fixed costs.

In order of importance - Q3, Q1, Q2 and Q4.

I don't disagree summer session is vital; that wasn't my point. My point was Q4 should be fine and in-line and it isn't a major contributor to EBITDA - it really comes down to the real reason as to the delay - is it the weak infrastructure that I have proposed or is it something fraudulent, etc. I think it is the former.
