IMO you can throw all of this stuff out the window right now for Loyalist. 

 

One of two things is going to happen. Either the financials will come out "normal" , we'll get a bump  and be right back on our way up. Or this audit will turn up some kind of financial shenanigans, in which case it will plummet, likely never to recover.  

 

I really hope it's the former, but I'm starting to think there is a chance it's the later.
