Fishy Stock Behavior?

Why has PRE done almost the same thing each day for the past few days? Drops quickly on close to 5.82-5.84 then rises to $6 approaching close? Stock manipulation? Baiting traders for an uncoming kill shot?

It just doesn't seem natural to me.
