RE:RE:RE:SMB.v Weekly TA Actually what has been proven in the last several years with tsx v stocks is news out actually makes the stock drop.

It may seem odd but the only way to play these stocks is buy on rumor of news and sell when the news breaks even if it's good.  I see it over and over again,  the level of news is important here though.  

Getting really good news will make the stock still drop, the only type of news that will lift these stocks is world class news.  

As for technical analysis on penny stocks it is true that is is a lot less useful with stocks this low no doubt about it.  Volume spikes are the most important thing to look at when it comes to penny stocks.

If you see a penny stocks that all of a sudden has a mssive increase in volume then put that stock on your radar and watch it and wait for the breakout and get in.
